Support my mullet to help prevent suicide

Throughout my life I have struggled, often times quietly through mental health challenges. And I know I am not the only one. Whilst I've never truly had thoughts of suicide, I know others around can't say the same. Men like myself have an atrociously high suicide rate. We also are more prone to suffer in silence due to toxic stereotypes and understandings of masculinity, which includes the idea that boys don't cry. They do, just quietly, and often only do so openly when they've lost someone. With this I want to battle the notion that boys don't cry and seeking help is weakness. Being able to be vulnerable is strength. So let's rebuild our people's strength.
