Mullets for Mental Health, Yarn for Life
I’m growing my mullet deadly this April for Mullets for Mental Health, raising funds for suicide prevention and mental health support across Australia — for our Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples and for all Australians.
1 in 5 Australians will experience mental illness in their lifetime, and over 75% of mental health challenges begin before the age of 25.
By growing my mullet and raising funds, I’m helping drive real change — supporting vital mental health research, education, and digital services that reach the people who need them most.
Mental health is personal to me. I’ve faced my own struggles, and I want to see more support for our Elders, our Sisters, and especially our Brothers.
It’s not weak to speak. Your voice matters. We want to hear you.
There are no words strong enough to express how much it would mean if you supported my mullet and this cause.
Together, we can create stronger mental health systems and culturally safe support for both Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians — so everyone can get the help they truly need.
