The black dog is something that plagues 1 in 5 men at any given point. With over 75% of suicides being males it’s a stigma that needs to be broken down.

Experiencing multiple men who were in my immediate life taking their life this topic hits home hard. I’m playing my part in hopefully curbing something that shouldn’t exist in the vast amounts that it does.
