Listen up, legends! AkinCare is assembling a crack team of champions (mullets optional, but HIGHLY encouraged) to tackle mental health head-on with the Black Dog Institute's Mullets for Mental Health!

Who's invited to this glorious follicular fiesta? EVERYONE! Our incredible participants, their ride-or-die families, the mates who always have their back, our superhero support workers, the network ninjas, that neighbour who wishes you would take your bloody bins in once theyre emptied on a Monday, the postie who braves all weather to deliver your Temu order and yes, even the legendary Trish from the local fish and chippery (we know you've got a good heart under that apron!).

You don't need to sprout a majestic 'do (though bonus points if you do!), just bring your enthusiasm and your digital dollars! Why? Because the stats are grim: 9 Aussies a day leave our community because of suicide, and most mental health battles start before you can even legally buy a beer. That's not okay!

Our glorious (and potentially goofy) mullets and the funds YOU help us raise will be like a mental health wrecking ball, smashing through barriers and funding the groundbreaking research that gets help to the people who need it most, right in their pockets via digital services and education.
