Support my mullet to help support vital research into mental health

Hi, my name is Nathaniel, I’m 14 years old, and this April I’m growing a mullet to support the Black Dog Institute’s Mullets for Mental Health. Mental health affects so many young people, and I want to be part of making a positive difference. Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians will experience mental illness in their lifetime, and over 75% of mental health challenges begin before the age of 25? By growing my mullet and raising funds, I’m helping support vital research, education, and digital services that reach people who need them most.
