Support my mullet to help prevent suicide

Mac, a 4-year-old boy: future legend, current mullet-grower 💇‍♂️🔥

He’s taken on the serious business of growing a full-strength mullet — business at the front, party at the back — all to raise funds for the Black Dog Institute and the incredible work they do supporting mental health across Australia.

At just four years old, he might not fully understand the science behind mental health research, but he does understand helping people, backing a good cause, and committing to something once you’ve said you will. And let’s be honest… there are worse things a kid could do than rock a mullet for charity.

Mental health affects so many families, mates, and communities, and the Black Dog Institute does vital work to support people when they need it most. If a 4-year-old can put his head (and haircut) on the line to help, we reckon that’s worth getting behind.

Thanks for backing this young fella, the mullet journey, and an absolutely cracking cause 🖤🐶

1 in 5 Australians will experience mental illness in their lifetime. Over 75% of mental health problems occur before the age of 25.

It would mean a lot if you donated to support Macs mullet.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
