The construction industry in Australia has a suicide rates 2.5x higher than other industries; a conservative 4 people per 100,000 will have ended their own lives by the end of the year - an industry which employs 10% of Australians.
I'm doing this for the folks who are where I was.
Hair will grow back and change over the years - once a mate is gone its not the same story.
