Support my mullet to help prevent suicide

I'm growing my mullet this April for Black Dog Institute's Mullets for Mental Health.

1 in 5 Australians will experience mental illness in their lifetime. Over 75% of mental health problems occur before the age of 25.

My mullet and funds raised will help us drive real change and fund ground-breaking mental health research. This will put digital services and education into the hands of people who need it the most.

It would mean a lot to me if you donated to support my mullet.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

💙 Supporting Men’s Mental Health 💙

Monday 30th Mar

This is the first time I’ve taken on something like this, and it’s for a cause that really matters.

I am 11 years old, and for the past two years I’ve been growing my mullet — and now I’ve decided to turn it into something bigger than just a hairstyle.

I’m raising awareness and funds for men’s mental health — because too many men are struggling in silence, and it’s time we change that.

This journey is about more than just growing a mullet — it’s about starting conversations, showing support, and reminding the men in our lives that they’re not alone.

If you can, I’d love your support — whether that’s donating, sharing, or simply checking in on someone you care about.

Let’s stand together and make a difference 💙
