Mental health has touched my life and the lives of those I care about. I’ve seen firsthand how hard it can be to ask for help, how easy it is to hide behind a smile, and how powerful it is when someone finally feels safe enough to speak.
I’m taking part in Mullets for Mental Health because too many people are still struggling in silence.
Why the Mullet? If my hair can make someone laugh, pause, or open up, then it’s doing its job. This isn’t just about the hair—it’s about hope, connection, and showing up for the people who need it most. l’m donating today as Jesse’s partner because I’ve seen his heart, his loyalty, and the way he fights for the people he loves. I’ve seen the real weight of everything he’s had to carry. When times got tough, he got tougher and he never gave up.
