Support our mullets to help prevent suicide!
Cooper and I are growing our mullets this April for Black Dog Institute’s Mullets for Mental Health, but this one hits close to home for me.
Mental health isn’t just a statistic in our house. It’s something I live with, navigate, and work through every single day. I know firsthand how heavy things can feel, and how important it is to have support, resources, and conversations that actually matter.
1 in 5 Australians will experience mental illness in their lifetime, and most mental health challenges begin before the age of 25. That’s why this cause means so much to me, not just for myself, but for the world my kids are growing up in.
By rocking our mullets and raising funds, we’re helping support vital mental health research, education, and digital services for those who need it most.
If you’re able to donate or share our page, it would truly mean the world to us. Together, we can help make mental health support more accessible and remind people they’re not alone
My Impact
