This year, I’ll be participating in MFMH for the first time with plans to continue further
9 people in Australia die by suicide every day. Over 75% of mental health problems occur before the age of 25.
As someone who has personally dealt with depression, anxiety and other more personal mental health issues, mental health has always been a very important topic to me
To support the extreme amount of people who battle with these problems throughout their life, it would mean the world for even a small donation, as every dollar can go a long way in aiding research and raising awareness about mental health to battle the mental epidemic together 💪
