Mullet For Mental Health
This April, I’m chopping a mullet into my lid, for mental health.
Because sometimes, all it takes is starting the conversation.
Every day, people in our lives are facing battles we can't always see — our brothers and sisters, uncles and aunties, dads, mums, teachers, coaches, teammates, mates, and partners.
It’s time we made sure they feel heard, supported, and never alone.
Men still account for 75–80% of deaths by suicide
And suicide remains one of the leading causes of death for people under 50
That’s why I’m supporting Mullets for Mental Health, a campaign by the Black Dog Institute.
Your donation helps create change that could save lives — through world-leading research, early intervention, and real-world tools that support communities across Australia.
Let’s grow the conversation. Let’s grow a mullet.
For the dads, mums, brothers, sisters, and mates who need it more than we do — and for the ones who need it most.
