9 people in Australia die by suicide every day. Over 75% of mental health problems occur before the age of 25.
This April, the mullet will be back in action and even bigger and better than last years.
As an individual who knows all too well the impact that depression, PTSD, anxiety and high stress can have on your life. I’m aiming to spread awareness to show that you can get out from the deepest and darkest of places and as cliche as it sounds there well and truely is light at the end of the tunnel.
The donations will go to support funding of research for various mental health conditions and to make resources more accessible to those in need. If you have a spare moment a donation would be very much appreciated and also join our team and show your support for the month of April with us 🤍
