Support my (professional) mullet to help prevent suicide
I’m taking part in Mullets for Mental Health to support the Black Dog Institute because mental health hits close to home.
A couple of my mates have battled the black dog lately, and thankfully they’re still with us. That’s not something we should take for granted.
Everyone should be able to access mental health support, no matter where they’re at in their journey. That’s why I’m growing a mullet and raising funds to help support mental health research, education, and tools that make a real difference.
This cause also matters to me because Black Dog Institute supports emergency service workers and volunteers, including volunteers of the NSW RFS — the kind of people who show up for all of us when it matters most.
If you can, please chip in. Every donation helps, and every conversation matters.
My Impact
This year I have helped provide
1,268
people with suicidal thoughts help when they need it most.

For an absolutely worthy cause. And the long term entertainment value of you're mullet photos.
