I'm growing my mullet from now until the 27th of April for Black Dog Institute's Mullets for Mental Health.
1 in 5 Australians will experience mental illness in their lifetime. Over 75% of mental health problems occur before the age of 25.
My mullet and funds raised will help drive support to those who struggle with mental health. This will put service and education into the hands of people who need it the most.
