At SUEUA, engineering isn’t just about numbers, equations, and late-night grind sessions—it’s about mateship and having each other’s backs.
That’s why we’re growing glorious mullets this April for Mullets for Mental Health, supporting Black Dog Institute in their mission to prevent suicide and improve mental health.
🚧 Why it matters:
- 1 in 5 people will experience the loss of a close family member to suicide.
- 85% of us will know someone—a friend, classmate, or even a distant connection—who has taken their own life.
- 9 Australians die by suicide every day, and with over 75% of mental health issues developing before 25, early support and intervention are crucial.
By rocking our mullets and raising funds, we’re helping drive real change—funding vital mental health research, digital support services, and education for those who need it most.
