Another year, Another Push
4 years ago I decided to join Mullets for Mental Health because 1) it was a bit of a laugh and 2) it was for a good cause. 4 years on this has become a yearly event for me, and something I am truly passionate about. It might sound silly but Mullets for Mental Health has genuinely been a conversation starter around mental health in my life. Whether its Adults, Students or Parents it has started some genuinely deep conversations regarding Mental Health.
As far as I'm concerned, that's grouse!

As someone working with adolescents each and every day, I see the impact that the right support can have for our young people, and any amount of extra support is going to do good things.
