Prize Terms and Conditions 

Prizing and Rewards

  1. Reward recipients will be notified via a triggered email when they are eligible to claim a reward and are required to complete the claim form. BDI is not responsible for any emails that fail to be delivered to winners.
  2. All physical rewards will be delivered to the address provided by winners in the claim form. BDI is not responsible for guaranteeing delivery of any of the below physical rewards, including, but not limited to, where an address is incorrectly entered.
  3. If a prize/reward includes vouchers, the vouchers are only valid until the voucher expiry date specified on the voucher, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the voucher supplier. Once awarded, BDI is not liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

Milestone incentives

  1. Eligible Entrants who have signed up to be a registered participant of Mullets For Mental Health at https://www.mulletsformentalhealth.org.au and have successfully submitted their correct details as a part of their profile set up, including name and email address, may participate in reaching milestones.
  2. Reach your milestone fundraising targets, as outlined below, to receive the following rewards:
    1. Raise $250 – Exclusive Mullets for Mental Health cap
    2. Raise $750 – Limited Edition Mullets for Mental Health Budgy Smugglers
      1. Returns are handled by our partners, Budgy Smuggler, and can be carried out by participants on the Budgy Smuggler returns portal https://returns.budgysmuggler.com.au/#/
    3. Raise $1,000 – Limited Edition Mullets for Mental Health T-Shirt
  3. BDI may refuse to award any milestone incentive at its absolute discretion, including, but not limited to, if stock is not available.

V8 Supercars Bathurst 500 General Admission Pass Competition

  1. Donate $20.00 AUD or more to ‘Macauley Jones’ fundraising page or ‘Macs Motorsport Mullets' team fundraising page between 12:01am AEDT on Wednesday, 14 February 2024 to 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 18 February 2024 (“Bathurst 500 General Admission Pass Competition Period”) to go into the draw to win 2 of 20 3-day General Admission passes to the Bathurst 500 on February 23-25 2024 (“Bathurst 500 General Admission Pass Competition”).
  • To be eligible in the draw to win 2x Bathurst 500 General Admission (GA) passes, Mullets For Mental Health participants need to meet the conditions during the Bathurst 500 General Admission Pass Competition.
  • The total Prize value is AUD $2,560 (10 x winners, $256.00 per double GA pass).
  • Prizes will be drawn on the week commencing Monday, 19 February 2024.
  • You will automatically enter into this prize draw when you donate $20.00 AUD or more to ‘Macauley Jones’ fundraising page or ‘Macs Motorsport Mullets' team fundraising page during the Bathurst 500 General Admission Pass Competition Period.

  • Qualifying Participants may be eligible for multiple entries:
    • Entry for every donation of $20.00 AUD to ‘Macauley Jones’ fundraising page or ‘Macs Motorsport Mullets' team fundraising page during the Competition Period. Therefore, if an individual donates $100.00 AUD, they would receive five (5) entries into the competition draw.
    • Entry for every complete registration with Macauley Jones’ Mullets for Mental Health team: ‘Macs Motorsport Mullets’, during the Competition Period.
  • Winners will be notified via the phone/email address used when signing up within 2 days of the prize being drawn. BDI is not responsible for any emails that fail to be delivered to winners of the draw.
  • Winners must respond to that email, confirming their details, within 3 days. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, it will be redrawn.

Competition Prize Draws

  1. The first 75 VIP individuals to sign up to Mullets for Mental Health from launch on Monday, 22 January 2024 to 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 31 May 2023 (“Footy Shorts Competition Period”) will receive 1 of 75 Mullets Aussie Footy Shorts (“Footy Shorts Competition”).
  • To be eligible to win 1 of 75 Mullets Aussie Footy Shorts, Mullets For Mental Health fundraisers need to meet the conditions outlined below during the Footy Shorts Competition Period.
  • The total reward value is AUD $[$3,375] (1 x winner, $[45.00] Mullets Aussie Footy Shorts).
  • Prize to winners to be announced on Tuesday, 30 of January 2024.
  • You will automatically enter into this prize when you sign up to the Event during the Footy Shorts Competition Period.
  • Winners will be automatically selected as the first 75 VIP individuals to register to the Event during the Footy Shorts Competition Period.
  • Registration must be completed to be eligible to enter.
  • Winners will be notified via their email address used when signing up within 7 days of the prize being drawn. BDI is not responsible for any emails that fail to be delivered to winners of the draw.
  • Winners must respond to that email, confirming their details, within 7 days. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, it will be automatically given to the subsequent participant until the item is claimed.

To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Footy Shorts Competition Period: 

  • sign up to be a registered participant of Mullets For Mental Health at https://www.mulletsformentalhealth.org.au
  • previous raised at least $1,000 as a VIP past participant for Mullets for Mental Health; and
  • successfully submit their correct details as a part of their profile set up, including name and email address. Incomplete, illegible, or incorrect entries are invalid. Eligible Entrants can only enter the Footy Shorts Competition in their own name.
  1. Sign up between 12:01am AEDT on Monday, 22 January 2024 to 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday, 29 February 2024 (“iPhone 15 128GB Competition Period”) to go into the draw to win 1 iPhone 15 128GB (“iPhone 15 128GB Competition”).
    • To be eligible in the draw to win 1 iPhone 15 128GB, Mullets For Mental Health fundraisers need to meet the conditions outlined below during the iPhone 15 128GB Competition Period.
    • The total prize value is AUD $1497.00 (1 x winner, $1,497 per iPhone 15 128GB). The colour selected for each iPhone 15 128GB is selected at the discretion of BDI.
    • Prizes will be drawn on the week commencing Monday, 11 March 2024.
    • You will automatically enter into this prize draw when you sign up to the Event during the iPhone 15 128GB Competition Period.
    • Winners will be notified via the email address used when signing up within 7 days of the prize being drawn. BDI is not responsible for any emails that fail to be delivered to winners of the draw.
    • Winners must respond to that email, confirming their details, within 7 days. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, it will be redrawn.

  1. Sign up between 12:01am AEDT on Monday, 22 January 2024 to 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday, 31 March 2024 (“Nintendo Switch Console Neon Competition Period”) to go into the draw to win 1 of 3 Nintendo Switch Consoles Neon (“Nintendo Switch Console Neon Competition”).
    • To be eligible in the draw to win 1 of 3 Nintendo Switch Console Neon, Mullets For Mental Health fundraisers need to meet the conditions outlined below during the Nintendo Switch Console Neon Period.
    • The total prize value is AUD $1,407 (3 x winner, $469 per Nintendo Switch Console Neon). The colour selected for each Nintendo Switch Console Neon is selected at the discretion of BDI.
    • Prizes will be drawn on the week commencing Monday, 15 April 2024.
    • You will automatically enter into this prize draw when you sign up to the Event during the Nintendo Switch Console Neon Competition Period.
    • Winners will be notified via the email address used when signing up within 7 days of the prize being drawn. BDI is not responsible for any emails that fail to be delivered to winners of the draw.
    • Winners must respond to that email, confirming their details, within 7 days. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, it will be redrawn.

Sign up as a workplace captain between 12:01am AEDT on Monday, 22 January 2024 to 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 31 March 2024 (“Mental Health is Everyone’s Business Competition Period”) to go into the draw to win 1 Mental Health is Everyone’s Business BDI workplace presentation. (“Mental Health is Everyone’s Business Competition”).
    • To be eligible in the draw to win 1 Mental Health is Everyone’s Business BDI workplace presentation, Mullets For Mental Health workplace captains need to meet the conditions during the Mental Health is Everyone’s Business Competition Period.
    • The total Prize value is AUD $575 (1 x winners, $575 per Mental Health is Everyone’s Business BDI workplace presentation).
    • Prizes will be drawn on the week commencing Monday, 15 April 2024.
    • You will automatically enter into this prize draw when you sign up as a workplace captain to the Event during the Mental Health is Everyone’s Business Competition Period.

  1. Self donate over $24.00 AUD to your individual fundraising page between 12:01am AEDT on Monday, 22 January 2024 to 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 7 April 2024 (“PitViper Sunglasses Competition Period”) to go into the draw to win 1 of 3 PitViper Sunglasses (“PitViper Sunglasses Competition”).
    • To be eligible in the draw to win 1 of 3 PitViper Sunglasses, Mullets For Mental Health participants need to meet the conditions during the PitViper Sunglasses Competition Period.
    • The total Prize value is AUD $450 (3 x winners, $150.00 per PitViper Sunglasses).
    • Prizes will be drawn on the week commencing Monday, 22 April 2024.
    • You will automatically enter into this prize draw when you self donate over $24.00 AUD to your individual fundraising page during the PitViper Sunglasses Competition Period.
    • Winners will be notified via the email address used when signing up within 7 days of the prize being drawn. BDI is not responsible for any emails that fail to be delivered to winners of the draw.
    • Winners must respond to that email, confirming their details, within 7 days. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, it will be redrawn.

  1. Raise over $24.00 AUD to your individual fundraising page between 4:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 23 April 2024 to 4:00pm AEST Wednesday, 24 April 2024 (“JB HiFi Voucher Competition Period”) to go into the draw to win 1 of 3 $100 JB HiFi Vouchers. (“JB HiFi Voucher Competition”).
    • To be eligible in the draw to win 1 of 3 $100 JB HiFi Vouchers, Mullets For Mental Health participants need to meet the conditions during the JB HiFi Voucher Competition Period.
    • The total Prize value is AUD $300 (1 x winners, $100 per JB HiFi Voucher).
    • Prizes will be drawn on the week commencing Monday, 29 April 2024.
    • You will automatically enter into this prize draw when you raise over $24.00 during the JB HiFi Voucher Competition Period.
    • Multiple entries apply for this incentive - eligible entrants will receive an 1x entry for every multiple of $24 they raise during the competition period.
    • Winners will be notified via the email address used when signing up within 7 days of the prize being drawn. BDI is not responsible for any emails that fail to be delivered to winners of the draw.
