CHANGE YOUR LIFE: TAKE ON A MINDFULNESS PRACTICE
The Black Dog Institute is a fabulous organisation that is trailblazing research into the early prevention, detection, and treatment of mental health disorders.
I am doing this campaign to raise money for them, and to encourage people to take up a MINDFULNESS PRACTICE in their daily lives.
The mind is the seat of all experience, and yet we rarely train or investigate how it works. Learning more about your mind and having a practice each day to be silent, focus on your breathing, and check in with yourself rewards expansive dividends.
Please please please consider taking on a mindfulness practice. The phone apps:
Waking Up, Headspace, Calm and The Way all hold your hand and guide you through these practices. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND any of them.
