"After 18 years in the demanding hospitality industry, I've witnessed firsthand the heavy toll that depression, the 'black dog,' takes on my fellow chefs, waiters, and kitchen staff. The long hours, intense pressure, and often isolating nature of the work create a breeding ground for mental health struggles. That's why I'm reaching out and asking for your support for the Black Dog Institute. They provide vital research and resources to help those battling mental illness, and your contribution can make a real difference in the lives of my brothers and sisters in hospitality who are silently suffering. Let's work together to shine a light on this issue and offer them the support they desperately need. So I'm growing my mullet this April for Black Dog Institute's Mullets for Mental Health."
