Business Cut for Men’s Mental Health
Recently a public attack on social media didn’t just hurt me—it affected my family, my wellbeing, and my mental health. The weight of online bullying and defamation is real, and I’ve had to reach out for professional help to process what’s happened.
But I know I’m not alone. Too many people suffer in silence when they’re struggling, and too many don’t know where to turn when the weight gets too heavy. That’s why I’m taking action.
For the past 12 months, I’ve been growing my mullet—but now it’s time for it to go. Instead of growing a mullet for mental health this April, I’ll be shaving mine off to raise funds for the Black Dog Institute, supporting men’s mental health and breaking down the barriers that stop people from getting help.

Mental health struggles can hit anyone, anywhere, at any time. And if the past day has taught me anything, it’s that we need to do better—to stand up against online bullying, to check in on each other, and to make sure help is there when it’s needed most.
