Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year. Everyone either knows someone or they themself have struggled with mental health at some point in their lives.
This is such a pressing issue facing young Australians, us.
The money raised by Black Dog Institute goes to raising awareness through community-based programs, national TV programs and rural work.
All of this cumulatively goes towards reducing stigma on a societal level surrounding mental health and encouraging more conversations between mates.
Your money can go towards funding this. Absolutely any and all donations will be graciously accepted towards combating this issue.
