Support my journey to grow a mullet in support of MH and Suicide Awareness
Yep! I'm growing the ‘mullet’ this April for Black Dog Institute's Mullets for Mental Health. Most who know me know I have a pretty strong aversion to mullets. I also have an aversion to those suffering from MH and suicidal ideation. Coming from a career in Community Services, memories of friends past and some lived experiences of my own I decided instead of the Great Shave which I was meant to do last year but I lost a lot of hair so flip that coin, donate some for us if you can and I will grow out a mullet and raise vital funds for those that really need it.
9 people in Australia die by suicide every day. Over 75% of mental health problems occur before the age of 25.
My mullet and funds raised will help us drive real change and fund ground-breaking mental health research. This will put digital services and education into the hands of people who need it the most.

Sat 193 cans and plastic bottles $19.30 75 glass bottles $7.50 Sun 292 cans and plastic bottles $29.20 106 glass bottles 10.60 TOTAL $66.60!!! We’ve helped over 500 people with intrusive thoughts and suicidal ideation or people on the edge 🙌🏻
