Shaving my hair for mental health
Hi everyone,
For those who haven't seen me in a while, I've been growing a mullet for over a year with the intention of shaving it for a good cause, and now that time has come. Many of us have been affected by mental health issues and illnesses either ourselves or through loved ones. By donating you will be raising money for Black Dog Institute, an organisation that works to reduce the stigma around anxiety, depression and suicide and support those who are struggling with their mental health.
Any donation no matter how small would be appreciated and would go a long way to support those who need it.
